Raise is hiring an IT Technical Support Analyst for Our Client a major Canadian airline. This position is a seven (7)-month contract located in Calgary, AB. We are actively seeking talented professionals like you to drive these crucial initiatives forward.
Role Accountabilities
The IT Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for the setup and test airport applications as part of new airport startup, this will also includes setting up and testing hardware - PCs, printers and scanners .

Role Accountabilities
The IT Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for the setup and test airport applications as part of new airport startup, this will also includes setting up and testing hardware - PCs, printers and scanners .
Key Deliverables
- Setup and test airport applications as part of new airport startup
- Setup and test hardware - PCs, printers and scanners at airports as part of new airport startup
- Troubleshoot application and hardware issues to resolution.
- Manage and work with IT vendors/partners on deliverables.
- Leads in change, incident, problem Management tasks within product team.
- Ticket management, documentation of steps taken to fix or improve work items.
- Knowledge management input, development of support runbooks and transition to operation process
- 3+ years of experience in IT project, support, and operations.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple items.
- Experience troubleshooting issues related to hardware devices like PCs, printers, scanners, etc.
- Basic to intermediate level knowledge of IT networks and devices.
- Familiar with ticketing and project management tools like, ServiceNow and ADO.
- Ability to take a proactive approach to identify problems, issues, and opportunities.
- Incident and problem management skills
- New Airport start up experience for an airline.
- Airport Common Use System knowledge
- DCS (Sabre) knowledge
- Ability to communicate in a clear, accurate, concise, and professional manner, both verbally and in a written format
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with operational leadership and frontline agents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn related technology and business process.
- Travel to airports as required.
