What qualifications do you need to join our team?
EDUCATION
- A secondary school diploma or *employer-approved alternative
* Employer-approved alternative is defined as completion of two years of secondary school and 5 years of experience working in a real property** profession.
** Real property refers to accommodation management or property management or project management or lease administration.
EXPERIENCE FOR AS-04 AND AS-05 OPPORTUNITIES:
o Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Accommodation management
- Property management
- Project management
- Lease administration
o Experience forecasting and monitoring project financials in a financial system such as SIGMA, SAP database systems, Oracle, etc.
o Experience using Excel at an intermediate level for example, formatting, editing and applying formulas.
EXPERIENCE FOR AS-05 OPPORTUNITIES:
o Experience in leading office space projects or office portfolio strategies.
o Experience preparing written reports, business cases or investment analysis reports, developing options and providing recommendations.
