Established in 2020, Mini Mall Storage Properties has been successfully acquiring storage facilities throughout North America with rapid expansion in the United States. We have a team of talented and diverse self-storage experts who span across 15 states and 7 provinces to support and manage our rapid growth across North America. With over 50,000 units and almost 8 million square feet of self-storage space, our goal is to make storage simple and accessible throughout life’s transitions.

As a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will be dedicated to crafting an exceptional brand and service experience for our customers. You will play a key role in developing strategies and executing programs that enhance our customer experience while supporting our business goals.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Develop a comprehensive end-to-end customer lifecycle program that includes automated email workflows, customer segmentation, and online and offline touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive email marketing strategy, including upsell, cross-sell, lead nurturing, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Generate executive-level monthly reporting that analyzes impact, highlights performance, and identifies gaps.
  • Develop and implement reactivation strategies to re-engage inactive and churned customers.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing, Revenue Management, Field Operations, and Creative teams to ensure your work contributes to and is aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop and implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather actionable insights and share across the organization.
  • Support in the development of key customer communications emails and notifications.
  • Support the team in day-to-day website activities, including copywriting, design, and customer portal management.


WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • You have 3+ years of experience in customer marketing and/or lifecycle marketing.
  • You deeply understand email marketing best practices to optimize campaign performance.
  • You base your decisions on data and like digging into the results to provide clear action plans and refine strategies.
  • You put the customer first and craft clear and engaging messaging that resonates with your audiences.
  • You are resourceful and thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities change.
  • You are a team player, ready to help wherever you are needed.
