YOUR ROLE

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Benelogix, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey, playing a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact. You will be the voice of our brand, engaging with potential clients and showcasing the value of our innovative employee benefits solutions. WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Begin your journey working closely with a team of experienced subject matter experts in our office, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing from day one.
  • Receive guidance and support from our involved president, who is committed to ensuring you have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Start by getting to know our business, including our unique value proposition and the diverse clients we serve, allowing you to build a strong foundation.
  • Gradually deepen your understanding of our products and services, with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert over the coming months.
  • As you gain confidence and expertise, you’ll increasingly contribute to our team’s success, positioning yourself as a key player in our ongoing growth.


YOUR IMPACT

  • Conduct 75+ outbound B2B cold calls daily with an unlimited lead volume.
  • Craft compelling narratives to build new relationships and handle objections over the phone.
  • Secure appointments with key decision-makers to drive business expansion.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with strong communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide detailed reports.
  • Aim to secure 2 appointments daily by the 2nd month and 4 appointments daily by the 5th month.


THIS IS YOU

  • Self-starter driven by a passion for success.
  • Previous cold-calling experience; bonus for insurance or group benefits background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Quick-thinking and tech-savvy.


YOUR COMPENSATION

At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000. Your individual compensation will be determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This estimate reflects the annual base salary only and does not include our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential commissions.
