As a Lead Pricing you will guide and supervise all Finance system related pricing activities and ensure system inputs are correct and performed in a timely manner to support pricing strategies, product launches and promotional activities.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Review, approve and release B2B and B2C price updates in financial systems to execute pricing strategies, product launches, and promotional offers while ensuring all necessary and appropriate approvals are obtained from local management. Coordinate and oversee the price lists generation process to be distributed to RBH customers.

Manage internal customer expectations to ensure time and workload is properly prioritized while balancing the requirements of the RBH customer Terms & Conditions with the time demands on our Pricing Analysts.

Execute and ensure compliance to all SOX and operational controls while executing pricing processes.

Manage a team of Pricing Analysts to ensure day-to-day work is completed accurately, timely, and in a customer centric manner. Support and facilitate the professional development of the team by providing opportunities to expand and strengthen hard and soft skillsets.

Support and contribute continuously to the improvements of systems and work methodologies to ensure that finance processes work effectively and efficiently, and are adapting to evolving business needs. Implement improvement initiatives and initiate and/or participate in projects to improve overall efficiency in pricing processes and reporting. Provide support for ad hoc and project requests from Commercial and Finance partners for pricing related matters.

Ensure Business Continuity Processes are created and maintained periodically.

Lead periodic and/or ad hoc review of B2B and B2C systems data to ensure quality of pricing information to support efficient and accurate pricing updates.

What We're Looking For

College Degree or Diploma in Business Management or Finance, with focus in Accounting

Solid work experience in Finance and Accounting ~5 years

Prior experience in a multinational company, partnering with and supporting Commercial teams and processes

Strong analytical skills, very higih attention to detail and able to work with large volumes of data within multiple systems and complex processes. Strong written and verbal communication with demonstrated experience managing expecatations of the business. Knowledge of SAP and working knowledge of pricing systems a plus. Managing people.

For this position, the salary range start at $103,700 based on the level of experience plus a variable compensation based on performance.
