Description
Robert Half, on behalf of Protiviti, are actively searching for a Business Analyst for a 3-month contract (with potential to extend) with a client of theirs based in Vancouver, BC. This contract opportunity will work remote on various initiatives related to IT and required a candidate that is adept at working with business stakeholders, as well as IT.

Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand needs and document business/functional requirements.
- Process Analysis: Identify and recommend improvements in business processes.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with IT to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Testing & Documentation: Assist with testing, create user documentation, and provide training as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA) and experience with SQL/data analysis.
