Under the overall direction of Project Manager, the Home Maintenance Services Coordinator assists seniors to live independently in the community through offering home maintenance services and work closely with team members of “Age Well At Home” team to participate in the planning and implementation of the “Bridging the Services Gap to Support seniors Aging in Place” Project.



  • Completion of a recognized college certificate program in Housing /Property Management or equivalent is an asset
  • Experience in home repair and maintenance 
  • Good knowledge and skills of legislation and policies related to home maintenance
  • Strong interpersonal & organizing skills 
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English and Chinese
  • This is a temporary part time position for 8 months
