We are seeking a motivated individual with railing manufacturing experience, or similar, to fill a permanent full-time position at our custom stair and railing company located in Newmarket, ON.

Wages: $ 20.00 - $ 28.00 per/hour based on experience

Requirements:

• Carpentry/woodworking experience (or similar, i.e. cabinetry)
• Ability to read work orders and cut lists
• Templating experience a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Personal small hand tools (i.e., chisel, hammer, tape measure)

A great opportunity to work in a unique area of the construction/manufacturing industry, creating one-of-a-kind railing systems for some of the most prestigious builders and architects in the GTA Main duties include the manufacturing of wood railing components (handrails, posts, nosings) using woodworking machinery and hand tools (shapers, planers, sanders, routers, etc). Secondary duties include occasional deliveries and installation assistance.
