On behalf of our client, a leading technology company specializing in the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge networking equipment, Procom is seeking a Full Stack Developer with Python, and React experience, for a full-time, permanent opportunity. This is a 100% onsite position, in Markham, ON.

The Full Stack Developer will play a pivotal role in the development of an intuitive web-based GUI, APIs, and CLI commands for a new, next generation edge router product. This role will focus on making the deployment and management of the routers easier, reducing the complexity of network administration for users. You will also contribute to building a central management system that enables customers to oversee and control their network infrastructure from a unified platform.


Full Stack Developer – Python/React Responsibilities

• Develop a user-friendly web-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the edge router using React.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend logic using Python and Flask.
• Develop Command Line Interface (CLI) commands to streamline network router deployment and management.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure the interface and features are aligned with customer needs.
• Work on the central management system to enable unified control and monitoring of the router and network infrastructure.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security in all developed systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain product quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in full-stack development and networking technologies.
  
  
  

Full Stack Developer – Python/React Must Have Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• **Must have experience building full web applications end to end, from scratch **
• Proficient in Python and React for web application development.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with front-end and back-end integration.
• Familiarity with networking technologies and concepts, especially around edge routing, is an asset.
• Experience with developing CLI commands is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
