Inside Sales Receptionist

Description

Our client in Edmonton is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Receptionist to join their team on a contract basis. As an Inside Sales Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers, providing outstanding customer service and support. In addition to managing reception duties, you will actively engage in sales activities, making outbound sales calls to generate leads and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Manage reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting our products/services and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or website inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in inside sales or telemarketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients over the phone.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales and exceeding targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM software for managing leads and sales activities is a plus.
