Perks And Benefits
- Competitive salary: $110,000 - $140,000, based on experience

- Leading mineral resource estimation and due diligence project reviews
- Preparing technical reports in compliance with industry standards
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on mining projects worldwide
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior consultants
- Acting as a Qualified Person for NI 43-101, JORC, and SAMREC reporting
- Degree in geology or engineering with 8+ years of applied resource estimation experience
- Professional registration (P.Geo or eligibility) and strong geostatistical skills
- Proficiency in resource estimation tools and 3D geological modelling
- Experience in exploration or operational geology with modern modelling tools
- Knowledge of conditional simulation techniques (an asset)
- Excellent communication skills and a dynamic, mentorship-oriented personality
- An established network in the mining industry
- Capacity to work independently and as part of multi-disciplinary project teams
