Product Lead

MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Product Lead for a permanent role with a start-up Fintech client of ours located in Vancouver.

This is a 100% remote role where you will be reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside the technical team to execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• You will be the first Product Managers on the team, playing a crucial role in shaping and defining the future of the product and company
• Work alongside the CEO to define, strategize and roadmap the product vision, taking into account customer feedback and strategic goals
• Guide the development team towards the business goals through becoming a product Expert
• Manage the product lifecycle, from concept through to development, launch and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 4+ years working in a Product Lead role
• Background in wealth management or private equity sector
• Experience in a tech-driven environment
• Experience working with the development and design teams to bring products to life.
