About Client:

The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.

Rate Range: $70-$80/Hr

Job Description:

Technical Skills:

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable Pega-based solutions across various business functions, ensuring the system meets business requirements.
• Work with enterprise architects to design Pega system architecture, ensuring solutions align with overall IT infrastructure, security standards, and architectural best practices.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior developers on the Pega platform, guiding them through development tasks, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to translate business needs into well-designed Pega solutions, ensuring both technical and functional requirements are met.
• Develop integration solutions for Pega applications with other enterprise systems, including cloud platforms, data warehouses, and third-party APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.
• Monitor and tune the performance of Pega applications, optimizing database queries, processes, and user interfaces to enhance the overall user experience and system efficiency.
  
  

Qualification:

• Somebody who has at least 8 years of work experience in Pega development.
• Education qualification: B-Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
