Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to execute our brand strategy in Canada.
As the Director of Marketing Operations, Canada, you will be responsible for implementing marketing initiatives that align with our global brand objectives while catering to the unique needs and preferences of the Canada markets. This role will report to the SVP of Marketing Operations.
You will be at the forefront of strategic expansion efforts - specific to the Canada markets.

As the Director of Marketing Operations, Canada, you will be responsible for implementing marketing initiatives that align with our global brand objectives while catering to the unique needs and preferences of the Canada markets. This role will report to the SVP of Marketing Operations.
You will be at the forefront of strategic expansion efforts - specific to the Canada markets.
- To Note: Salary range is in USD*
- Adopt and regionalize global brand story-selling to ensure impactful brand building, consumer experiences, product launches, executing winning instore activation, online communication, and partnership activities.
- Lead marketing activities in Canada, delivering best in-class consumer experiences. 
- Work in close collaboration with distributor, North America marketing team who oversee marketing tactics, commercial teams, customers, partners, execution agencies to ensure successful development of CELSIUS in Canada.
- Developing and deploying Canada annual business plan.
- Travel to key markets and North America HQ (Florida)
Skills:
- Strong proven track record of driving CPG/lifestyle brand for minimum 5 years
- Extensive experience from senior roles within marketing including, but not limited to, brand strategy, consumer insights, concept development, performance marketing, digital marketing, SEO, trade marketing and more
- Experience of working in an international fast paced environment
- Entrepreneurial drive and “can do” mind set
- Strong strategic, commercial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- An appreciated leader who is team oriented and who fosters a winning and collaborative culture
- Commercial understanding
