draftline YYZ (Toronto) is Labatt’s in-house creative agency and part of the ABInBev draftLine network across the world, with offices in New York, Buenos Aires, London to name a few.

Senior Manager of Accounts - draftLine

Senior Manager of Accounts is a highly creative problem solver, great at liaising between brand teams and creatives to execute deliverables big and small, digital and otherwise, with exceptional quality and speed. At Labatt we lead by example and we’re looking for a strong leader to manage a team of Account Leads both intermediate and junior; champion their development and optimize our ways of working with internal and external stakeholders. You must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, pride yourself in your ability to take ownership of your work, and demonstrate strong abilities to effectively communicate between multiple groups.

  • Well versed in all areas of digital communications production (social, web, apps, video, photo, etc.)
  • A team player, great communicator, and leader with a start-up/entrepreneurial mindset


You will:

  • Mentor and manage Account Leads, with oversight on the performance of the Account Associates. Driving a culture of collaboration, creative problem solving, and curiosity.
  • Identify and tackle an ongoing pipeline of brand opportunities that converts into creative solutions that deliver business impact
  • Manage and coordinate holistic view of all active programs and communicate periodically any deviations with internal stakeholders, preparing plans for successful resolution.
  • Your team is responsible for:
  • Participating in and scheduling meetings and presentations
  • Identifies and schedules resourcing for creative and production team
  • Accountability for draftLine's delivery and output of all campaigns to high quality standards following all media and creative best practices.
  • Translate and present specifications and project requirements to creative/ studio teams
  • Obtain all stakeholder approvals (e.g. brand, legal, senior leadership) for any projects you are leading
  • Participate and lead project statuses, ensuring all documents are shared and inputted into prior by working team
  • Coordinate unified POVs and presentations when external partners are part of projects, collecting inputs from PR, Media, Creative, Strategy, Analytics and Experiential Marketing teams.
  • Monthly financial reports and reconciliations for all projects, including billing and tracking
  • Leadership, ownership, and ultimate accountability for the success of external agency and vendor relationships

You have: 

  • A University or College degree
  • A minimum of 2 years leading teams 
  • A minimum of 5 years account management experience 
  • Experience using project management tools 
  • Experience on 360/digital campaigns
