The team at Urban smiles located in Victoria , BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administraton for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Our Dental Administrator will be responsible for: welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing and insurance claims.

SCHEDULE:

• 32-40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
  
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 6 months minimum experience required as a Dental Administrator/Dental Receptionist!
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate (Asset)
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
