Overview Of The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect with Salesforce expertise to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with clients, business analysts, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE: 

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
  • Customize Salesforce to meet specific client needs
  • Develop technical documentation and present solutions to clients
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce technologies and best practices

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of other CRM systems
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Field Service Lightning
