- Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record required

- High level of organization
- Significant training and or experience in carpentry, drywall and painting
- Carpentry - framing, finish carpentry, roof construction, decks, fences, drywall
- Self-motivated to get results
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong carpentry skills and understanding of construction.
