Being a Project Engineer At Soucy Motorsports Means

  • Being responsible for a multitude of innovative accessory development projects in the powersports industry
  • Having the best of both worlds for an engineer: you manage projects, but you keep the technical side. On the technical side, you are the brain behind the product design, although you don't do the CAD. On the management side, you manage schedules and budgets, but you manage and solve technical issues!
  • You manage a wide variety of projects, both in terms of the type of products and the manufacturing processes used

Otherwise, In More Detail, You Will Be Responsible For

  • Starting from an idea or a customer requirement and transforming it into a manufactured product, being responsible for all stages of product development within the time and cost constraints
  • Coordinate the resources working on your projects (designers, prototypists)
  • Lead the team in the analysis and resolution of various problems
  • Provide technical support to the team
  • Follow up on the project with the client (conference calls, project follow-ups, meetings, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

  • You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • Whether you are a graduate or have a few years of experience behind you, we have challenges for you
  • Functional English, as our customers are mainly English-speaking
  • You have a passion for mechanics and any kind of "thing" on wheels
  • You are available to travel on occasion
