Building Maintenance, Heavy Equipment Operator

PAL Aviation Services is currently seeking applicants for a full timefixed term Building Maintenance positionto join our team in St. John's, NL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform minor and major repairs on all buildings and equipment;
• General upkeep and maintenance on all facilities;
• Perform electrical repairs as required;
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests;
• Perform outdoor duties such as snow removal;
• Obtain estimates for supplies as needed;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role with a focus on carpentry;
• A clean driver's abstract and record of conduct;
• Experience in snow removal and ability to operate a front end loader;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
