Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy
• Oversee and participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands ensuring a positive work environment, providing consulting and coaching to managers
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
• Identify talent and training needs for different business units, develop training programs and monitor effectiveness
• Ensure organizational compliance with regulations
• Recommend, develop and update HR policies and procedures
• Design and implement employee retention strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field
• 3-4 years' experience in HR with a strong understanding of various functions
• Preference will be given to those with experience. HR certification or major
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite
