Source Atlantic is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Mount Pearl, NL.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the Inside Sales Associate include:

• Responding to inbound customer inquiries in person, over phone, and via email
• Preparing quotes, processing orders, sourcing product, and expediting
• Supporting outside sales team to meet and exceed needs of customers
• Providing excellent and quality customer service in person, over the phone and via email

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Industry knowledge in safety and/or plumbing, heating & HVAC
• Customer service or sales experience
• Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, possessing a good work ethic
• Highly flexible and adapts to competing priorities
