Do you have drive and a passion for customer service? Our sales department is looking for an energetic, driven sales professional to help expand our clientele. The successful candidate will be:

  • Manage an existing portfolio of accounts accounts
  • Increase revenue by sourcing and securing new customers, while expanding business within the current portfolio
  • Communicate and coordinate sales and service activities effectively with internal stakeholders (Operations, Traffic, etc.), to ensure our customers are receiving the service we have committed to
  • Provide support to new and existing customers throughout the sales process, implementation, and in dealing with any service concerns that may arise in the future
  • Attend sales meetings, industry functions, trade shows, and training programs
  • Ensure all reports are completed and submitted in a timely fashion
  • Daily use of laptop and contact management system, including time management, planning and scheduling of calls, updating calls and activities in CRM 
  • Territory is Windsor area


  • University/College Graduate is preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of account management or field sales experience with a like KPI structure (budget targets, pipeline management, etc)
  • Valid driver's license and good condition/reliable vehicle
  • Must be experienced in using Google or Microsoft Office suites (Sheets, Slides, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in listening, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be flexible as the job requires being able to deal effectively with changing circumstances, customer demands, last-minute requests, and deadlines.
  • Must be organized and able to manage time efficiently and effectively
