The partner is responsible for identifying important Real Estate milestones and providing insight to the various Telecommunications Deployment teams.  Implement real estate indicators to facilitate budget management and planning while quickly identifying any problems that may hinder the achievement of the objectives of the master plan.

Main responsibilities

• As part of a multidisciplinary team, participate in the development of network deployment strategies and develop tools in accordance with the company's financial deadlines and parameters;
• Find innovative and creative ideas to improve the effectiveness of teams;
• Coordinate meetings with the stakeholders involved to understand the needs of the different groups in order to provide better support;
• Identify real estate milestones that need attention;
• Prepare reports to monitor the progress of projects;
• Continuously improve the database interface;
• Develop indicators for the management of projects;
• Continuously update real estate processes;
• Train the various real estate teams to use the tools put in place (e.g. GDS, SAP, etc.);
• Ensure that the mandates are carried out within the established deadlines, the resources available and the allocated budget;

• Telecommunications training and experience, BA degree or equivalent;
• Be proactive, dynamic and show leadership;
• Excellent writing and communication skills;
• Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office.
