System Implementation Consultant

Description

The main responsibilities of this engagement will be to cover the following:

• Support the implementation of Acumatica software.
• Provide additional support in the integration of the sales management platform to Acumatica and ensuring all information is accurately imported to Acumatica.
• Provide guidance around system and data configuration.
• Helping set up test scripts
• Guiding the company through testing along with the implementer.
• Documenting procedures and setting up workflows
• Providing post-go-live support to ensure the business is set-up for success after implementation.
  
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to meet these minimum requirements:

• Gained experience in a complex implementation processes. Ideally having worked on multiple implementation projects within complex businesses.
• Prior knowledge of Acumatica would be considered a major asset.
• Prior knowledge of accounting may be helpful in the mapping processes in the accounting system.
• Prior experience working within NPO/Public Sector/Government would be useful.
• Comfortable working with other team members to work towards an implementation deadline.
  
  

This is a part time fully remote contract position for 6 months working for an organization based in Vancouver. Whilst this role is remote you must be authorized to work in Canada without restrictions on working hours and must be able to work within the Pacific time zone as requested.
