Manager, Inbound Supply Planning

The Inbound Supply Planning Manager's primary responsibilities are to ensure the effective coordination of arrivals across distribution centres across the network, maximizing site capacity and ensuring that good inventory levels are maintained. they leads and develops a team of arrival coordinators across the country and works in collaboration with the operations and distribution teams to meet the targeted results defined by the performance indicators.

Assigned Responsibilities

• Play a key role in coordinating arrivals with the operations management teams at all sites in the country and the distribution management team by providing very active leadership in analyzing situations and finding win-win solutions for the company.
• Identify variances between budget and projections/current and assign action by ensuring corrective actions are implemented and working;
• Support and develop the team of 8 arrival coordinators;
• Ensure that indicator dashboards (KPIs) are updated to measure the performance of the coordination of arrivals and inventories;
• Transmit strategic data between the various departments of the company;
• Work in collaboration with users of the various work tools and reports in order to optimize their content;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department by contributing to the development of indicators to measure the accuracy of arrivals and the performance of external partners (carriers, suppliers);
• Participate in strategic distribution planning processes;
• Any other related tasks.
  
  

SUCCESS FACTORS

Technical background: Your bachelor's degree or university degree in supply management/logistics, or significant experience with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory management, supply management will be essential to allow you to perform your duties brilliantly. Your management experience in a distribution company, your intermediate level with Excel and your knowledge of SAP (MM, EWM) are important assets.
