We're looking for an Interface Coordinator in Toronto who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate professional who will work within a team of rail related disciplines including commercial and contracts professionals, to support the various project delivery streams.

This role is a one-year contract to cover maternity leave.
* BS graduate of an engineering discipline or similar applicable discipline
* At least 2 years of proven project management in the field of transportation engineering
* Good working knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel for managing data and reporting, and MS Power Point for presentations.
* Strong presentation and communication skills both verbal and written.
* Interface with wider project team and lead correspondence workshops for timely correspondence completion
* Review and draft project correspondence
* Maintain log and track correspondence and provide updates on status
* Coordinate with commercial, technical, legal teams to achieve team objectives
* Support the variations and claims teams and maintain relevant logs
* Coordinate project meetings, take minutes and provide updates on on-going critical matters.
* Attend at multiple working groups

Ideally, you’ll also have:

* Good working knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel for managing data and reporting, and MS Power Point for presentations.
* Strong presentation and communication skills both verbal and written.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
* Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
