Senior Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Lead – Job Description
- Working under the direction of the Project Manager, the responsibilities of the Senior BA – QA Lead will include, but not be limited to the following
- Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure proper test coverage
- Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing
- Analyze and report on testing results, identifying defects and providing actionable feedback to development teams
- Ensure the QA team follows best practices and maintains proper documentation
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in QA and testing tools
- Completing any other client-related project tasks that will help ensure project success
- Assisting the Project Manager as required
- Preparing or assisting with other project-related documents or tasks as required by the Project Manager
- Working closely with the vendor project team as required
- 7 years of Business Analyst experience
- Post-secondary education (2+ year program) in business, computer science, or a related field from a recognized institution
- business process modeling and process transformation
- Experience leading QA Testing
- UAT
- Agile
