Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Operator (Outdoors) Location: Milton, ON
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm or 3:30pm - 12:00am
Salary: $22.00 - 24.00 / h (based on experience) + full benefits from day-1.

Our client in Milton is hiring experienced forklift operators for their lumber and building supply yard in Milton. You must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Own vehicle and license is required as the facility is not transit accessible.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate 10,000lb capacity counterbalance forklifts indoors and outdoors.
* Load and unload materials from flatbeds, trucks, and trailers.
* Complete inventory counts using an RF Scanner.
* Pick, pack, stage, and stow shipments.
* Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
* Lifting up to 50lbs and completing general labour tasks often.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:* Valid Counterbalance forklift license (in-house or 3rd party).
* 3-5 years of experience as a forklift operator required, preference to candidates with experience working outdoors.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs.
* Strong attention to safety and detail.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
