    What will your typical day look like?

    The Deloitte Global Internal Change & Communications team works to deliver a cohesive communications strategy and narrative to build connection to the Deloitte Global purpose, priorities, and performance . This includes increasing employee awareness, understanding, performance, and engagement ; providing guidance to leaders on internal and external eminence strategy; and fostering alignment across the ~10,000 Deloitte Global professionals by sharing the right messages with the right audiences at the right time. The team delivers services that encompass strategic business communications, executive communications, and Global programs and change management initiatives.

    The Deloitte Global Internal Change & Communications manager will be an agile, flexible collaborator who is able to operate effectively within a fast-paced, complex environment alongside an experienced team of communications and change professionals. In this role, the manager will directly support the development of communication strategies, plans, and deliverables that aim to engage ~10,000 Deloitte Global professionals and connect them to the overarching strategy that guides the businesses they work within. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to turn around requests quickly with high-quality results, ensuring the deliverables are the highest quality and adhere to Global standards.

    Work you’ll do:

    • Write, edit, and disseminate communications to a diverse audience of global professionals, on behalf of leadership across the Deloitte Global businesses.
    • Develop, lead, and implement internal communication plans and strategies.
    • Track progress of communications campaigns through monthly and quarterly metrics reporting.
    • Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, change plans, impact assessment, training/sustainment strategies.

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field
    • 4+ years of experience in communicating across various types of media
    • Experience with crafting communication strategy, managing and maintaining a communications plan, and providing guidance on effective communication practices
    • Experience creating speaking points and messaging for executive-level leaders
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to write for a business audience
    • Commitment to effective cross-cultural, inclusive mindset and behaviors

    Preferred:

    • Visual storytelling (e.g., PowerPoint)
    • Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft SharePoint
    • Journalism background
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a virtual team
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Client service (e.g., consulting) background

    Total Rewards

    The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
