We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant for our Edmonton client to join their outgoing team for a contract opportunity.
Job Duties
- Preparing comprehensive meeting packages and ensuring all necessary materials are ready.
- Managing calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings.
- Coordinating team planning and some invoicing tasks.
- Developing presentations and supporting materials for meetings and initiatives.
- Facilitating travel arrangements as needed.
- Reviewing and prioritizing emails.
- Managing invoicing processes, including time stamping, review, and obtaining necessary signatures before sending to Accounts Payable.
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in finance or a related field is a plus.
- Available to start immediately
