About Our Client

Our client is a high-growth M&A advisory firm working at the intersection of debt and equity solutions, capital advisory, and innovative fintech platforms. They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team and oversee the firms financial strategy as they continue to scale globally.

The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and capital markets. You will work directly with the CEO and other executives to manage the firms financial operations, drive capital-raising efforts, and ensure the financial infrastructure supports rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the firms financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead capital-raising efforts, including debt and equity financing, to support the firms growth strategy.
  • Manage the firms financial resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Oversee risk management, internal controls, and financial audits.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and senior leadership team, contributing to business growth and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and ensure alignment with the company's long-term goals.


Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within a financial services or investment firm.
  • Proven track record in capital raising, financial strategy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with other executives.


Compensation Structure:

  • Deferred Compensation: Competitive salary deferred over the first 12 months, based on the firms growth milestones.
  • Equity Participation: Significant equity options based on performance and investment.


Investment Requirement:

  • Minimum personal investment of $50,000, which entitles you to enhanced equity ownership and profit-sharing based on the firms success.
