Responsibilities

  • Manager the legal aspects of property sales for builders
  • Oversee the conveyancing process from preparing conttracts to finalizing title transfers, working closely with builders, clients, and lawyers and more to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations.
  • Coordinate with builders, lenders, and municipal bodies for necessary permits and approvals.
  • Manage presale agreements and closing procedures, addressing any title or legal issues.
  • Track deadlines and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in onveyancing, preferably with builders.
  • Knowledge of real estate law, title transfers, and builder agreements.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to details.
