Administrative Assistant

Description

Our busy client in Calgary is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team for a contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Receiving claims via email and entering information into the system.
• Contacting drivers for additional details as needed.
• Guiding drivers on the necessary steps post-accident.
• Transferring information from emails and sending notices
• Arranging vehicle services and coordinating rental vehicles as required.
• Processing invoices and following up on billing inquiries from suppliers.
• Submitting purchase orders
• Assisting with other special projects as designated by management.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus
• Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in automobile claims, is an asset.
• Background in body shop operations is highly preferred.
• Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions.
• Effective communication skills, with a focus on excellent telephone etiquette.
