Senior Backend Engineer

Our client is an innovative company that automates content creators' direct messages on fan platforms using advanced AI that mimics creator behavior. They are looking for a skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join their growing team and drive forward their cutting-edge AI technology.

Location:

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Build: Develop and maintain scalable backend systems supporting applications powered by large language models (LLMs).
• LLM Deployment: Deploy and manage LLMs in production environments, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
• Optimization: Enhance model performance and infrastructure to support high-traffic applications.
• Collaboration: Partner with QA and product teams to integrate LLMs into products, ensuring smooth deployment and alignment with business goals.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Golang and Python is essential.
• Backend Experience: 5+ years of backend development experience with a focus on scalable systems.
• LLM Deployment: Strong understanding of LLM deployment strategies, with experience in frameworks like LangChain or DSPy.
• Production Experience: Experience in productionizing LLM-based systems.
• Startup Experience: Experience in venture-backed startup environments, comfortable in fast-paced settings.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the DSPy framework for LLM deployment.
• Experience with reinforcement learning in LLM-based systems.
• Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques for language models.
• Background in machine learning or natural language processing (NLP).
