About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant in Calgary to provide advanced administrative support to our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct all calls for the Sales and Marketing Department.
• Coordinate customer requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information.
• Create and distribute weekly sales reports.
• Manage RFP and customer revenue databases.
• Maintain the Vice President's schedule.
• Coordinate sales functions such as equipment shows, customer events, and social gatherings.
• Order and distribute promotional items, brochures, and business cards.
• Ensure daily well licenses are available for sales team use.
• Create and manage PowerPoint presentations for the sales group.
• Update contact lists and manage ticket sales.
  
  

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative role with increasing responsibility.
• Post-secondary education in office or business administration is an asset.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operations, products, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Available to start immediately.
