About The Job

The Sales Representative II is a vital member of the WillScot (WS) sales team who actively seeks out new business opportunities, builds relationships with prospective customers, and provides them with appropriate solutions to drive revenue growth and profitability. The Sales Representative II is responsible for providing tailored solutions to meet each customer's specific needs while having a deep understanding of the company's product offerings and being able to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Works closely in support of Territory Sales Managers/Reps in a designated region to provide best in class modular office and storage products/services by communicating WS value proposition to customers, and effectively executing our designed sales process to increase sales and revenue.
  • Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to identify additional selling opportunities including emphasis on the WS Essentials offerings.
  • Update and maintain CRM database to include but not limited to customer account contact names, address, phone numbers, email addresses, past and future sales activities and any and all notes regarding the account's business opportunity.
  • Follows all KPI goals and objectives, track progress versus goals, and makes any necessary adjustment.

Education And Qualifications

  • Must Be Bilingual: Speak, Read and Write English and French
  • High School Degree (Bachelors Preferred) with 1+ Yrs of Sales experience, B2B Sales, Consultative Selling and Solution Selling experience
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial, time-sensitive, collaborative environment; Previous Successful Phone Selling skill

Salary Range: $43,100.00 - $58,300.00

Individual rates are based on a variety of factors such as degrees or certifications, skill-level and years of experience, and include considerations such as expected overtime and variable compensation pay such as bonuses or commission.
