Fundraiser

Endo Networks is seeking a Face-to-Face Fundraiser. You will be at the forefront of this meaningful campaign, engaging with the public and inspiring shoppers to support the fundraising for the charities initiatives. Join us in this rewarding role and contribute to positive change in the community!

As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences to connect with potential donors and secure contributions in support of the charities various programs. You will be part of a dynamic team that seeks to raise awareness about the vital work undertaken by the charity. Your passion for the cause and exceptional interpersonal skills will drive the success of this fundraising campaign.

Pay: We are expecting that all fundraisers can switch programs as required. This means they might do door to door. There would be a salary difference based on this. Door to door is $26.00/hour+ $5.00/hour professionalism bonus and another $5/hour if they meet their sales targets. Non door to door would be $22/hour plus $4/hour professionalism bonus.

• Inspire Action: Inspire potential donors by sharing stories and testimonials of individuals whose lives have been positively impacted by the charities programs.
• Meet Fundraising Goals: Work towards achieving ambitious fundraising targets, contributing to the campaign's overall success and the charities mission.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse and enthusiastic team, sharing insights, strategies, and successes to drive collective results.

• Adaptability: Willingness to work in various public locations and adapt to different environments to reach potential donors effectively.
• Empathy and Sensitivity: Display empathy and sensitivity when discussing the Foundation.
