You Are

We are looking for someone with diverse skills and some background in this space to carry out a broad range of operational service and support assignments. You'll join others in an Application Access Management team where you will contribute to a client critical project.

The Opportunity

  • Hybrid-In office/remote
  • Maintaining user provisioning that includes creating, maintaining, and retiring user identities for access to systems, application, and services.
  • Ensure access to systems is provisioned with the concept of least privilege.
  • Evaluating the existing access to ensure the access levels remain commensurate with job responsibilities.
  • Responsible for evaluating access management systems to show continuous improvements of provisioning processes and operations.
  • Support applications and systems by meeting or exceeding standards and service levels while minimizing operational risk.
  • Provide effective, day-to-day applications and systems support: identify, assess, recommend, escalate, resolve, report, document, communicate.
  • Provide quality service and solutions consistent with objectives and client requirements.
  • Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems, options, and recommendations for prompt resolution.
  • Identify, address application access issues.
  • Provide expertise to other functional areas (technology, trends, and processes).
  • Adhere to existing processes and standards, business technology architecture, risk and plan, monitor and escalate access issues as required.
  • Share ideas to enhance customer experience, reduce costs.

What You Need

  • Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
  • 2-5 years relevant experience.
  • Access management experience would be an asset.
  • Detailed oriented, able to follow documented processes with precision.
  • Continuously enhancing knowledge/expertise in business services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques that can contribute to effective solution development/delivery.
  • Keep current with industry and/or business trends.
  • Comfort level working with vendors.
  • Ability to work on low to moderately complex tasks under management guidance and supervision.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Ontario

Compensation Range: $74,000-$90,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
