Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for the safe, cost effective, and efficient processing of goods in and out of the premises and to ensure that inventory is accurate at all times.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this person will have the opportunity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, using their time management and adaptability skillset, while collaborating with this team.

From resolving customer issues, to utilizing strong problem-solving skills, this role ensures preparation of goods for shipping and are stored in a safe appropriate manner at all times.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in shipping/receiving with a strong understanding of the key tasks involved and warehouse management.
• Operating a crane and forklift with varying load shapes and sizes on a regular basis.
• Ability to interact with customers on routine basis and must demonstrate a high level of customer service.
• Knowledge of and experience with the use of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.

• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize following Lean principles.
• Must be thorough, accurate and organized, with a strong attention to detail. 
• Must be able to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks in high pace environment.
