We are looking for a full-time, permanent, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR to support our accounting team, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.  This is a IN OFFICE position.

Responsibilities focus on processing daily invoices, applying received payments from customers to their accounts, collection of overdue accounts receivable, processing driver payroll, and responding to new customer credit limit requests and account set-up.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years related experience in the transportation industry. You will thrive in this position if you are detailed oriented, have great communication skills, and enjoy a busy environment!

Preferred Experience:  TMW (Truckmate)
