We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Embedded Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for embedded systems and a strong foundation in programming languages such as C and C++. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge medical devices and gain valuable experience in the embedded space.

What You'll Do 

  • Assist in the design and development of embedded software for various systems and devices 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components 
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of embedded systems 
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends in embedded development 
  • Support senior developers in implementing software solutions and troubleshooting issues as needed 
  • Generate QMS documentation throughout the product development lifecycle.   
  • Review and support hardware testing plans and design process to ensure alignment with quality and regulatory requirements. 

Who You Are 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field 
  • Solid understanding of embedded systems and programming languages such as C and C++ 
  • Familiarity with microcontrollers, processors, and communication protocols 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively


Please note that this is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to work both remotely and from our Kitchener, Ontario office.
