What The Role Offers

  • Lead the global design and implementation of incentive compensation programs that align with company values and growth objectives.
  • Re-engineer legacy processes to shift from administrative tasks to a more strategic, data-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure compensation plans remain competitive and compliant globally.
  • Provide expert consultation to business units on performance and rewards, ensuring compensation strategies align with organizational goals.
  • Manage variable compensation plan documentation and ensure employee target assignments comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the annual compensation plan setup process, collaborating with operational and technical teams.
  • Build relationships with regional HR leads to support workers council reviews and plan approvals.

What You Need To Succeed

  • 5-7 years of experience in designing and managing variable compensation programs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on pay-for-performance models and incentive benchmarking.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in compensation for sales roles and experience with enterprise software is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. CCP certification is preferred.
