Your job:
- Independently carry out various operational activities according to established policies, standards and procedures.
- Take charge of the execution of customer requests related to the credit card product.
- Raise issues and demonstrate agility to contribute to their resolution.
- Identify errors and correct them.
- Propose suggestions and optimization ideas for the continuous improvement of our operations
- Participate in day-to-day activities to contribute to the success of the team and the fulfillment of service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with established policies, standards and procedures.
Your team:
Within the Mastercard Lifecycle division, you are part of a team of 17 colleagues and report to Erika Cornejo, Section Director. We favor a variety of forms of continuous learning to enrich your development, including learning in action, training content made available to you and working in collaboration with colleagues with diverse expertise and profiles. Work schedules are flexible and include telecommuting depending on operational needs. You will collaborate daily with the different sectors of the bank and more experienced professionals in order to offer support in daily operations. We know that we can count on our colleagues to share knowledge and help each other. The position is currently based in Laval, please note that the activities will be completely relocated to the Montreal headquarters during the year 2025-2026
Prerequisite:
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and collaboration tools (Yammer, Teams, Skype, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability and comfort to work in a changing environment
- Autonomy and sense of initiative • Communication skills
- Organizational skills • Good priority management and ability to work in a team
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience in operations, desirable
