  • Organize and monitor preventative maintenance and operational deliverables.

In year 2, you will:

  • Implement methodologies to streamline and improve work efficiency and tasks.
  • Develop tactical strategies to improve the overall effectiveness of our preventative maintenance program and timeliness of responses to service requests.
  • Enhance and maintain a high level of customer service for employees.

What it takes:

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related technology discipline from a recognized program.
  • An excellent leader with four to seven years of experience in a leadership capacity or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • A demonstrated understanding of building maintenance and operations (services, heating, electrical, plumbing, etc.) with an exceptional mechanical aptitude.
  • A safety mindset focused on ensuring the well-being of all employees.
  • Concise and clear communication skills with an ability to problem-solve and utilize solid decision-making skills.

In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.

Our engaging workplace offers a wide range of challenging opportunities, while being safe, inclusive and diverse. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, while supporting life-long career development. We also encourage volunteerism and nourish the need to give back to your community.
