This will be achieved by efficiently carrying out tasks to meet deadlines and finding ways to save money.
Job Duties
- Excel in a fast paced and task-based environment. You will assist the inventory team in managing the daily workload of processing orders, receiving shipments, managing returns, etc. Having a strong work-ethic to complete tasks quickly and accurately is essential to success.
- Minimize attrition by ensuring accuracy. You know your role in the lifecycle of a customer and ensure every interaction leads to customer satisfaction and loyalty. You are attentive in actioning strategies to simplify outgoing shipments, technician inventory management, and returns/RMA.
- Identify financial bleed. You are detail oriented and can identify processes that result in inaccuracies and financial bleed. This can be done by understanding processes well and holding yourself and others to a high standard of work product.
- Thrive as a part of a team . You work well with your Inventory team, the Technical Operations department, and Liberty as a whole. This will be done by doing everything possible to accommodate the requests of our customers .
- Foster strong relationships. Proactively communicating with customers and collaborating with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues, while making outbound calls to customers to provide updates, address concerns, and confirm details. Your proactive communication helps streamline processes, build trust, and enhance the customer experience.
- Warehouse Operations experience for a minimum of 2 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team that is multigenerational and has multi-level skill sets
- Technical or Security experience is a plus
- Physically able to lift boxes and climb ladders
- Frugal attitude towards company spending
- Strong detail oriented skill-set
