We are hiring Maintenance Millwrights for one of the facilities in Mississauga. Maintenance Millw right (Must have at least 3 or more years of experience fixing CNC Milling Machines)
Duties
Shifts: Day shift, Monday to Thurs: 7 am to 4:30 pm and Fri: 7 am to 3:30 pm
Safety Shoes required
Tools required for the job: They require many of their own tools and toolboxes.

Duties
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments
- Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts
- Daily utilizes forklift scizzorlifts, skyjacks, boom jacks, saws, ladders, and other power tools as required
- Moves skids, material, furniture, supplies, and equipment
- Organizes shop, and stores (Material above Deburring Dept.)
- Fills CNC machines with oil, grease, and coolant as required
- Changes air filters on CNC Machines
- Completes all facility maintenance tasks as required including fixing plumbing, electrical, light fixtures, duct work, galbanized air pipes, etc.
- Fixes components on Forklift machines
- Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges
- Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance
- Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment
- Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt
- Provide mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests from other department Supervisors
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with Company procedures, and ISO regulations.
- Cleans floors and garbage
- Shovels snow, mows the lawn
- All other duties assigned by the Manager
