About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Data & Analytics will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing insights to improve business operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducts complex data analysis and provides insights to support business choices.
- Develops and maintains analytical models and tools to support business needs.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems.
- Manages projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Provides guidance and mentorship to Data & Analytics Analysts.
What You'll Need for Success
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, or comparable combination of education and experience.
- 5 –10+ years of experience in data analysis and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work without supervision and in a team environment.
