About the role:

As the Fibre Accounting Admin you’ll provide support to ensure a seamless information flow form the Business to the Fibre Accounting Team. Your primary responsibilities will focus on quality support, service, and responsible for a wide range of administrative activities.

  • You’ll work closely with the Senior Fibre Accountant to support the administration of the sale, purchase and trade of all company fibre. As well as maintain accurate detail for fibre transactions.
  • Within this role, you’ll provide assistance with month end task, compiling data for month end reporting timely and accurately.
  • In addition, work closely with Fibre Administrators on complex transactional work, complete peer reviews to identify errors, and assists in the quality delivery of data flow through to the Fibre Accountants.
  • As a part of this role, you’ll assist in required ministry reporting and filings in a timely and accurate manner.

Who we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have…

  • You’ll need a minimum of 3 years administrative experience
  • Experience in the forestry industry and ministry reporting requirements would be an asset.
  • Additionally, you should have a minimum of 1 year accounting/booking experience.
  • It’s important to demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at on time and maintain excellent oral and written communication skills.
