Job Description

What will you work on?

As a Network Analyst, you will assist in the implementation, support, and management of the infrastructure supporting in-house data, video, and wireless network services. You will work alongside the Sr. Network Engineer to deploy new systems, maintain network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the integrity and security of network services. Additionally, you'll play a role in network modernization efforts and system upgrades to ensure optimal connectivity and scalability.

How will you create impact?

• Deploy new systems and technologies: Deploy and implement new systems and technologies under the guidance of the senior network engineer and ITS team.
• Troubleshoot network issues: Troubleshoot network issues as they arise, update tickets and incidents and interact with the customer as required.
• Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of network performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Security Management: Implement and enforce network security protocols, safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Technical Support: Provide support and troubleshooting for network issues, supporting other IT team members and departments as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and security measures as requested.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address network requirements and challenges.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest network technologies and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements where applicable.
  
  

What are your skills and experience?

• Experience in network analysis, design and implementation.
• Experience with network technologies and protocols including Ethernet, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, Cloud, SDWAN and Internet technologies
